By placing an order, confirming a booking or using a Nexa Cartel service, you agree to these terms and the transaction details shown at checkout or confirmed in writing.
1. Eligibility and information
You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter the transaction. Supplied information must be accurate and current. A request may be declined where details cannot be verified, stock is unavailable, payment fails, fraud is suspected or fulfilment would be unsafe.
2. Products and orders
We aim to describe products, condition, compatibility, images and prices accurately. Stock can change before checkout. An automated acknowledgement does not guarantee acceptance; an order is confirmed when payment and fulfilment are accepted or the booking is confirmed.
3. Payments
Prices are in Sri Lankan rupees unless stated otherwise. Methods shown at checkout may include PayHere and bank transfer. A bank-transfer order is not paid until funds are verified.
4. Rentals
- The confirmed rental period, price, deposit, item, handover and return details apply.
- Inspect the item at handover, follow manufacturer instructions and keep it secure and protected from avoidable damage.
- Do not alter, repair, sell, sub-rent or transfer the item without written approval.
- Report any accident, impact, loss, theft, defect or safety concern immediately and stop use.
- The customer remains responsible for correct installation and use in the relevant vehicle or environment.
- Late return, loss, missing accessories or damage beyond normal wear may result in reasonable repair or replacement charges.
5. Delivery and travel handover
Delivery times are estimates unless guaranteed. Provide accurate address, flight, accommodation and contact details and be available at the agreed time. Reasonable waiting, redelivery, parking or access costs caused by incorrect details or customer delay may apply.
6. Cleaning
Disclose known damage, repairs, accident history, delicate materials and restrictions. Unsafe work may be refused. Results depend on material, age, staining and previous treatment; complete stain or odour removal is not guaranteed.
7. Selling used gear
You confirm ownership and accurately disclose age, model, labels, condition, missing parts, repairs and accident history. Photo estimates are provisional and subject to inspection.
8. Refunds and cancellations
The Refund & Cancellation Policy and transaction-specific terms form part of these conditions. Mandatory legal rights and then the more specific written transaction term take priority where applicable.
9. Reviews and website use
Reviews must reflect genuine experience and must not be unlawful, abusive, private or misleading. Reviews are moderated. Website content and branding may not be commercially reused without permission, and website security or forms must not be misused.
10. Responsibility and governing law
Each party remains responsible as required by law. Nexa Cartel is not responsible for delay caused by events reasonably outside its control but will take reasonable steps to reduce impact. Nothing excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. These terms are governed by Sri Lankan law.
11. Privacy, changes and contact
